What you will do
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the interior design team
• Ensuring design briefs are adequately captured, understood, investigated, and developed into design solutions
• Establish, validate and communicate project resourcing requirements to management and team
• Managing projects against agreed objectives and requirements
• Ensuring our design standards and regulatory requirements are met through the design process
• Maintaining a good overview of all ID projects to ensure they are effectively owned and managed by project/team leaders
• Liaising with and managing clients through the design process and delivery cycles
• Representing the company professionally and promoting the company’s services at every opportunity
• Seeking new work from existing and new clients
• Working with Senior Management to prepare proposals for new projects.
