What you will do
Job-description:
Management:
Manages 1-3 staffs
Coaching staff on recruitment skill.
Maintain the comfortable working environment to staff.
Senior recruitment:
Arrange to search talent persons which the income from $2,000 to $10,000 /month.
Provide the candidates the ways / procedures to talent development (will be trained).
Recruitment interview together with the consultants / advisor / experts and talent service (after recruitment service).
Customer service:
Service the current / old customers.
Searching / looking for new customers.
Make sure the customer satisfy from 4.0 up.
KPIs:
Sales turn-over minimum: 100,000,000 VND/Team/Month.
Talent CV: 200 cvs/month/staff.
New customers: 02 customers/ month.
Requirement:
Desiring to conquer challenges and want to be master.
Good attitude, good sample, integrity.
Preferring to work with people, good communication skill / good negotiation skill.
English skill: Good
3 experience years in the recruitment of senior positions.
Priority to the candidates with experience in the professional headhunters.
