What you will do
What will you do?
- Formulate HR Strategies to strengthen the Organization Development and Effectiveness;
- Be in charge of the HR to implement the HR strategies;
- Provide Senior level counsel & professional advice on HR related issues;
- Foster Learning Culture, Quality of Work Life, Caring Organization;
- Develop policies and systems;
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals;
- Recruit and develop Executives and key management positions;
- Review and manage Headcounts expansion;
- Manage payroll cost;
- Performance Management;
- Design and review the rewards system;
- Promote Corporate Image and becomes the “Employer of Choice”;
- Promote and support employee relations activities;
What are you good at?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or irrelevant.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Human Resources;
- Experienced in the manufacturing environment is a must;
- Excellent in English skills;
- Deep knowledge of labour law;
- Strong communication skills with empathy;
- High ethical standards;
