What you will do
- Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh trung và dài hạn;
- Triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh hằng năm;
- Thiết lập mạng lưới kinh doanh khu vực phía Bắc
- Đảm bảo mục tiêu tăng trưởng doanh thu hàng năm;
- Quản lý phòng kinh doanh và bộ phận văn phòng phía Bắc;
- Đào tạo và huấn luyện đội ngũ bán hàng, cộng tác viên,…;
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính về doanh thu, lợi nhuận và phát triển khách hàng mới.
